3 x Repairs to Nokia Lumia 620 with same problem

My wife has a Nokia Lumia 620 on contract (IMEI:356715052389858). Not even 6 months old.

Middle December 2013 the phone started taking photos even if you are not even close to it. It switches on the camera by itself and takes photos until the memory runs out.

We took it to Vodacom in Malalane where they booked it in and fiddled with it. It was given back the same day and told that the problem is fixed.

It was not as the same problem was still happening.

The next day Vodacom Malalane sent it to Nelspruit to be repaired and we got it back on 6 January. As soon as we switched it on the same problem was there.

We immediately took it to Vodacom and it was sent for repairs again (Job nr.9523169).

We received it back yesterday and as soon as we switched it on, the same problem.

I am very disappointed with this and would like to know what Vodacom is going to do about this.

We are paying for the contract but we did not have the use of the phone for 8 weeks.

Surely the phone must be replaced if Vodacom tried to fix the same problem 3 times without success?
