I upgraded my contract in May received new phone Blackberry z10 but after upgrade got incorrect billing without Vodacom explaning where overdue amount came from as myself and son where on the same billing account with two seperate invoices. Spoke to Fatima on numerous occasions (total 3weeks of email and phone calls) and then finally Anschen who confirmed that my account has been rectified. They billed me for two months BIS which was not suppose to be and whoever did the upgrade made a mess. Today I received my account with a whopping R2654.22. Content was also cancelled but they still billing and this after all the time spent on the phone trying to sort out the problem and to top it they didn't even apologise for the mistakes they made.

Totally unacceptable and really pathetic service from Vodacom!!!
