Further to my previous complaint SA15CNZ281113 ON 7/12/2013 WITH ANSWER REFERENCE ARS238760
that the problem was being attended to and escalated. Nothing was done!!! This is unbelievable. No technician sent out and account sent for R257 and when visiting the Telkom office again when they phoned the technician he said he was not aware of the problem. Ridiculous!!! I have had no other alternative that to cancel the whole application and when doing so I was advised that they need a months notice!! Laughable as there is no connection or telephone line that ever worked!!! Now I ask you where to now as my husband is ill and I desperately need a landline as I am phoning from a cellphone everytime which is expensive and we are pensioners. I also received a sms advising the service has been restored (what service)
