Cannot get through to any consultant

Good day

I called in and got termination amounts for my 4 contracts, i paid the amounts yesterday and have emailed customercare to cancel them but i am failing to get through to a consultant, the call just cuts and i know nobody is going to attend to this. Please can you call me or check your bank account and see that the amounts were paid and cancel them and change 2 of them to prepaid.
