Hi

I have spoken to some people at the call centre, after trying for (not lying) WEEKS to get through! this is very sad for me to deal with this, but unfortunately life happens!

our mum passed away 1 November 2013. I have take out a contract for her, number 0818442939. if you look at the records, you will find that nobody is using the phone, and there must be about 600 anytime minutes by now. i would like to cancell the contract (even prepared to give back the phone), but it seems that you are going to treat me the same as a normal cancelletion, charging me an amount of - R1500 for the cancellation??? BELIEVE ME, how I wish it could have been different!!! but unfortunately it is not. I just can't see that Vodacom would be so cruel as to treat a diceased person's contract the same as someone that just wishes to cancel a contract.

i do beilieve this would not be the cas and that i just did not speak to the right person.
