Good day, I have choose the option to soft log my phone if i reach a certain amount. i have the contract were you get free sms data and any time free minutes, but then suddenly my phone was soft log and not all my free goodies was used. I phoned vodacom early in Dec and they confirm that their was daily fee going off of R7 for download (one of my children went on my phone to download music but choose the wrong requested and now i have a daily fee of R7 thats going off on my account.) I ask to please disconnect the services for me and the call centre lady said she is going to sent them mail, and it will take 3 days i then ask to load R50 on my phone so i can use it. The 6th i phone again because my phone was off again. call centre said it was holiday and they will sent a request again. again i need to load my phone with R50 (I still have all my data free minutes and sms) once again my phone was softlog on the 18th. I phoned again on the 20th same story they will do it for me. I have spent an extra R150, and the problem is still not sorted, after it was said it will be done shortly.
