My iphone battery was faulty 1 month out of warranty. Took it to Vodacom to get a letter re fault for my insurance company. Two weeks later still no report or letter. Had to go in to force them to get it.
Then when I ask for my phone back, it's been three days and no word. Nobody seems to know what's going on. Pathethic untrained staff, passing the buck "oh, it's gone to Jhb for evaluation, we don't know". No. I booked it in with you, you give me an answer.
Guess what Vodacom, when my contract expires you can regard me as an ex-customer.
