HOW BAD CAN YOUR SERVICE BE?

On Monday morning 3 Feb 2014 I found that my ADSL lines was off. This means no mails, no telephones, no internet. I reported the fault as soon as I got through on the 10210 line!!! Took more than 45min. Reference given: 96BTK030214. I've got a small business, and my business was standing still due to this problem. I phoned 3 times again on Monday, waiting each time for at least 30min to get through on the line, with just no sucess. This problem was only solved on Thursday afternoon!!! 4 days of lost business, a lot of time waisted on my cell number to try and get some reaction from them, more than 1 visit to their head office!!! I tried everything, escalating the complaint more than once, reference number for this: 24324. Just poor poor service!! So Telkom, I need to pay my bill to you each month, what will Telkom do with the losses due to lack of service for 4 days and all my time, money on cell calls, petrol to and from Telkom offices???
