Cancel everything and remove me from your database!! You clearly have no customer service background whatsoever!! You are incompetent and the worse company I've ever dealt with.

No one has the decency to call me and follow up hence I have left several messages for the complaints clerk to call me, yet you've deducted my account for the month of December after I had paid cash
