My Capitec card was used without my authorization for an on line purchase and therefore I had to lodge a Complaint with Capitec. I reported it the minute I discovered and they cancelled my card immediately. I went to the branch the following day (Saturday) to have this sorted out and get a new card and whilst I was there Luke Bunding (Agent: Issuing Dispute Resolution BSC) contacted me and promised to have it sorted asap. He promised to call me first thing Monday morning and true to his word he did. There was a few mishaps with the correct documents sent to me but it was eventually sorted and I received a refund the same day. Thanks so much to Capitec and Luke for continuing to make and keep me a happy Capitec client!!! Keep up the good standards!!!
