Sloppy and Clueless service

In November 2013 I cancelled my Vodacom contract after 6 years because of bad customer care services. The cancellation paper work got lost by the store and I had to spend extra time to visit the store a second time in order to cancel my contract. In January 2014 because of bad cellular service of another provider I decided to port my number back to Vodacom and to sign a new contract. After my second visit at the store this month I was told the number is in Vodacoms system archived and I have to come back on 20. January. Yesterday the 20. January and third time at the store same story, the number is still archived and I was told to come back next day!? Neither the consultants nor the Vodacom service used by the consultants seem to know what to do and it really seems they just don't care about the inconvenience they cause or they are just not interested to deliver a good service. I left the store and I did not go back to the store. I will not sign any Vodacom contract anymore, and my existing Vodacom Data contract will be cancelled too. Please do not contact me, you have wasted my time enough, only if you're prepared to reimburse my lost time, but we all know that won't happen.
