I have had the WORST experience with vodacom over the past few months. i have requested my contract to be cancelled EVERY month since January 2013 and every month i was given a different response that i need to wait another month. i eventually made the time to go in store and they said that this could be done only in April. April had arrived and so had another debit. i again went in store and was then assured that April was the upgrade month and that i could cancel in June. no surprise there i was debited yet again. i went into the store again on the 30/07/2013 and felt like their local stalker as the consultants already knew me and my complaint by now. i was assured by the store consultant as well as the call center consultant that my contract had been cancelled as of the 31/07/2013 and no further debits were to be made. i then receive a confirmation this morning that i was debited yet AGAIN!!! is VODACOM going to compensate my petrol, debit fees and time wasted on them and their incompetence?!?!?! i had left just enough for my debits and now i am in a negative balance due to this mediocre service! seems like something the ombudsmen would have a field day with!
