Still no resolution to my ADSL fault

For a couple of months I am struggling to get my ADSL line fixed. No one Telkom seems to care about their customers and probably the reason why so many employees get sacked as they don't deliver or resign due to the fact that they don't want to be part of the failing customer service agreements. My ADSL line has given me endless problems and the fault gets completed every time without being fixed but still I am paying the full amount on my account every month. How can a reset of a D-SLAM port in the exchange resolve the quality of poor copper cable. (poor copper quality seems to be the problem in my area). Telkom does not want to spend the money in repairing / replacing the copper cable as there are not enough Telkom (ADSL) users in my area. NOW HOW IS THAT FOR SERVICE. It does not matter what service you are getting, you still have to pay the full amount. Case for the consumer protection act and guess. Seems like Sipho Maseko (Telkom CEO) has got his work cut out for him... But is he fully aware of the poor after sales service, any solution to this problem? I guess not? TELKOM DONT CARE...
