I have been waiting for Telkom to install a line at my house for almost two months now. I am planning to start a small home business and need fixed line ADSL for the work i will be doing. I also do a lot of remote support for my current job and 3G connections just aren't cutting it.

I have been told that there is "cable " in my area but i am 2km away from Clearwater Mall as well as multiple business parks. You cannot tell me that they don't have fixed line ADSL? When i ask when the "cable " will be corrected i get no response.

I have escalated on numerous occasions and spoken to many call centre agents and i get a different excuse every time.

If i take a walk in my area i can see plenty of Telkom technicians all over the place but why would they be in the area if the cables have been?

It is a sad state of affairs when the ONLY company that can offer you a copper phone line KS you on a daily basis.

I would like some feedback please!!!
