Phoned in for a new contract on 6 January 2014 call ended 15:27, was approved and everything, received cellphone on the 14 Jan. Phone/Sim is still is not active up until today 21.01.2014!!! Spoke to over 20 people Tersia, Stanton, Trueman, Clive is the one that went the extra mile for me besides different stories from the others. Sort this out now, I sent the phone in with a friend of mine that works there... Someone get back to me. I am paying for a servive that is not being rendered!!! This is rather beyong URGENT.I WANT TO CANCEL THIS STUPID CONTRACT AND IT JUST STARTED... urgent urgent, some1 needs to pay and it sure as wont be ME!!! Phone me on 0829679491
