On 08-01-2014 I phoned my existing cellprovider asking if they could give me a additional blackberry phone on my account after numerous questions and being on the phone for an hour they approved the deal and even sent me a sms stating it was approved and delivery will take place 4 - 5 days. This cellphone was meant for my son for his birthday on 10-01-2014. Today on 12-01-2014 I phoned to find out where the phone was and they told me it was not approved because I did not answer the phone when they called me and that I can now only reapply in 30 days. I feel this is breach of contract because I have the sms to proof that the deal was approved
