Not cancelling contract when ended

Yet another family member that has immigrated is having a problem with their cellphone contract.
Mr Raath left the country 2 years ago and agreed to pay his cellphone contract up till expiry date, leaving enough funds to be debited from his account but with the promise that the contract will end at expiry date.
The contract came to an end almost a year ago yet Mtn continue to subtract funds from his account.
I Amanda personally sat for 20 minutes on the phone with customer care waiting for assistance and gave up!
please will Mtn finally end the contract for cell number 0837885204 as they will see it has not been used for a long time and they have taken enough funds from Mr Raaths account.
