I have been trying to finalise my contract cancellation since the beginning of December 2013. After NUMEROUS requests online and via email (to Ms Cornia van Eck - client service manager/supervisor), NO ONE from Nashua Mobile has contacted me (since January 4th) - I JUST want to confirm that my contract is actually cancelled. To make matters worse, they sent me a statement on the 8th for the month of February (debit order due to go off on the 27th of Jan) - meaning that the contract is actually NOT YET CANCELLED!! My debit order on the 27th of December includes January's contract fee (free minutes and SMSs - which I obviously did not receive since the sim was cancelled as requested on the 1st of Jan) so this means that I am actually due a REFUND from Nashua Mobile for January NOT a payment!
They have conveniently decided to ignore me on this issue for almost a month now. In December I spent over R100 on calls to this company who has the audacity to charge their clients for customer service calls! Please refund what is due to me and cancel ALL Nashua Mobile debit orders on my account immediately.
