I bought a laptop from CNA Centurion and the sales person told me that if there's anything wrong with the device I need to bring it back within 7 days for a full refund if I still have original packaging and parts. He also told me that if I bring it back after 7 days then they will have to send the device away for repairs.
I got home and found that the speakers of the laptop is not working properly. Only the left speaker is making sounds and the right speaker is totaly dead. Within 3 days I took the laptop back to CNA Woodlands because it's closer to where I live.
The sales consultant and manager told me that Centurion branch to me that there's no 7 day guarantee and they cant refund me. They said they have to send the device in for repair and that I will have to wait a week to get an answer.
This is unacceptible. There's even a sign in the shop that says that they will give you a refund if I still have the slip and original packaging and parts.
I told the manager that I want a refund and that I will go and buy a laptop elsewher but they would'nt listen.
