I called yesterday 20/11/2014 around 18:15 and the call ended at 18:22 spoke to Micheal. I wanted to block my phone, he was very rude and I asked to speak to the manager he said he can't transfer me and asked to speak someone else and the he refused and said he cant. Please go back to the recording and tell me as a Vodacom customer who has been for years do I have to tolerate this service? V
