FNB SMART DEVICE CALL CENTRE IS ATROCIOUS!

I recently signed a 2 year contract with FNB for an Apple iPad Mini Smart Device. When taking out the contract I asked the sales man if the newer Retina display product was included in the deal and was told NO. I went ahead with an iPad mini without retina display. Two weeks later, I heard an advert advertising the iPad mini with retina display from FNB. As my device is less than 2 weeks old I have tried to return it and get an upgrade and was told I have to pay a 40% contract cancellation fee if I want to swop devices. Approximately R3000!!! The team Lead Jenade Ebrahim said he would query with Apple. He did not get back to me and I had to chase him down 2 days later for a response which was negative. Don't think he even called the iStore! Shocking attitude and makes me wish I had never signed with FNB. I should have gone with Vodacom who offer a similar deal!
