Soy absolutely pathetic service

Electronics and household app.

Never experienced such bad service in all my life. I approached the store on Thursday 20th to open an additional mtn contract. On my arrival Friday mid day I was told mtn had a problem and that it would still take another 2 hours so I waited in the mall but was then told again that MTN had a problem. The staff member assisting me said he would call me as soon as the iPad was ready for collection. Saturday I got a call saying that my device was ready for collection so I travelled to the store only to get there and find 3 other people with exactly the same problem and surprise, I was told again that mtn still had a problem and sent home empty handed. Sunday I stopped in again and this time was handed the iPad. When this was opened at home we noticed it was wrong device so took it back Monday morning the agent said it would take a long time to resolve and I was not happy with this he then started blaming me for the mistake! Store manager never once intervened any day until this point where the agent and I were shouting at each other. He too told me to come back later and I was then told that device would be active within 24hrs and they would call me. 6 days later, no call, no device!!!
