Unauthorized Contend service deductions

I am so annoyed with Cell C for allowing Content Services to ILLEGALLY deduct money from my account. This is not the first time and from experience Cell C not interested to assist in this matter at all.
I have unsubscribed in the past and it does not take long for it to reappear. @ R4.39/day this is not a joke. How do you get rid of Mira010 for ever?
I cannot believe the amount of complaints for the very same thing and yet Cell C is not interested to protect their customers against f r a u d. This put a very BIG question mark over the way Cell C conduct its affairs.

The first time I took the lost but this time Cell C better refund me every cent that has been taken by who ever MIRA010 is!!!
