Will say anything just end the call

I send a phone in for repair 4 times and every time waited like a good persoon for 4 weeks for the phone. The last time it was said that it was water! i spoke to the call centre (10/12/2013) on 0821944 got told the supervisor will phone me in the same day did not happen, i phoned on the 12/12/2013 spoke to a lady who said the supervisor will phone and she did got told she will speak to a repair centre i got a quote for r800 witch is was fine got told a NOTE was added to the system! Like a fool i believed it went to my local repair center look liked and when the guys told me that there is nothing on the system, then the lady i spoke to disappeared you say you record the call please retrace mine for the 11 and 12 dec would like to know who i spoke to and what happend to my quote?
