No return call for you

I phoned about a query for a quote for my phone that got lost (the quote got lost)! or a note was not added to the system or something like that. I phoned on the 15 of Jan about the query got told by siphisiso (sorry for the spelling) that his supervisor was in a meeting and she will phone me back before the end of day, and that would have been great but its the 20 of Jan and no phone call yet! i phoned and got told that the turn around time is 3 hours!! Spoke to a lady called augustine (sorry again for the spelling) got told that they are sorry but they will phone before the day ends at 5 still no call? PLEASE HELP I JUST WANT MY QUOTE TO GET MY PHONE FIXED!!
