ACCOUNT VERY HIGH

I have e-mailed them several times (from their website) asking them why my account is so high this month but no answer. I also queried that they never deducted the 31st of December 2012 payment. This is not the first time we are ignored. I also tried and e-mailed Samantha Solomon - who previously helped with the account queries but also she didn't answer me. Since I got my account with Nashua Mobile I had problems with either my account or with the products that we receive. When taking out a contract - they don't tell you exactly what you will be paying and that there will be additional costs - this is not very professional.
