Account flagged for no reason

Contract has been up for upgrade since october/november.
only interested to upgrade now.
Phoned upgrade department after holding for 10 min and then being cut off and recalling.
I was informed my account was flagged need to speak to account.
Got cut off again.
Called again and hold for 5 min, spoke to a lady in account and she informed me my account was flagged as high risk because of 2 reversal of payment that happened. Need to speak to credit control, was put on hold and eventually I got sick of holding on again for over 10 min.
Now every time this has happened and brought under my attention I made a full payment the same day.
I have been with Nashua Mobile for /- 8 years if not longer.
I spent on avg anywhere from R1000 to R1500 a month on my cellphone
In the all that time I have only had 2 account problems.
And now I'm a high risk client all though I have always paid my account.

It seems like Nashua don't want to help, or assist their clients, and only want their money.
I'm sick of Nashua Mobile attitude towards client (bad experience in their shops as well)
They are forcing me to move away from them; which is becoming a greater possibility everytime I have to deal with them
