Shocking Service

Been with MTN for the last 16 years. Been an Absolute Brand Ambassader as I convinced friends and family of their network, But when in comes to Service, this is not existant!!! Sent my 10 month old phone in for repairs on the 26/01/2013. No Loans phones availble!! I get and SMS on the 1/02/2013 from saying that my phone has been received. What happened during the 5 days?? Tried calling the only number that was provided to follow up as I was told it should take about 10 days to be resolved 083 9000 349.NO ONE EVER PICKS UP THIS LINE TRIED IT FOR 2 DAYS .TRY IT and you will hear a song about the devil and weed!!! "Corporate Company??? "Totally Shocking Service. Left a complaint on their website adresss on the 1/02/2013 and and guess what??? still no response!!!
