I have had an account with Nashua Mobile for a few years now and to this day i can never view my account online. Everytime i logon theres an issue with their website. I call every week about this and have to explain over and over again and am asked the same questions and then i am promised someone will call me back but they never do. Today i tried logging on again to view my account and oce again i cannot. I called on Friday and spoke to someone who gave me all the wrong details about my account. When i signed my contract my BIS was free and now apparently i only have BBM and no internet browsing is free. How can you contract just change?
When queried why my account was so high i was told internet usage when i queried this i was told they couldnt tell me what the quota was and how much i was being charged when i said this is nonsense as my phoen switches off when i go on the net so i dont anymore as i have so many issues all i was told continously is i will send you the memo to read. Really after all these years i keep getting billed but can never get itimized billing or can never view my account online for the last three years... What a rip off
