NASHUA NOT ASSISTING WITH ACCOUNT PROBLEM

We have been using Nashua Mobile for the past 2 years without any problems.
We have upgraded recently, and thats when all the problems started.
My account was nearly every month the same- between R300 - R400 for the past 2 years.

Since my upgrade, its escalated to R1200 - R1500 usage per week, and this is beside the fact that I also have an arranged limit of R700 on this account.
When I queried these high accounts, I have been giving useless answers as to why, and on why I have a limit then.

I made a payment on 11/10 of R1290.70, and not even a week later, I cannot use this "new" phone, as I am being told the account is already standing at R1500!! In 1 x week- NOT POSSIBLE.
There is something sinister going on, and suspect somebody is fraudulantly using my nr or simcard or something.
Now I am asking, what about my account limit?? How can I pay for something I cannot use? and have to pay nearly 5 x the amount my account use to be?
The best part of this is that I also upgraded with CELLC on the very same type of phone the same time on another contract, but are not nearly experiencing the same type of problems.
