I have been with Nashua Mobile for the past two years and have never had billing problems. I had taken out an upgrade that was offered by Nashua with Data Bundle and when i did the whole deal with them telephonically i stipulated that it would not cost me any more than the existing contract. I was told and it was confirmed that it would in fact be less. Things have run smoothly for the past 6 months and now for the past two months have had an additional cost of R1000 added to my bill. I phoned the accounts department and queried it last month and they could not give me an answer and said that Customer Care would contact me. Needles to say this has not been done and my account again this month is far too high. Their service is terrible and the attitude seems to be just pay. As my debit order payment has been consistent for the past 2 and half years I CANNOT understand how there is an increase of so much over two months. Nashua's service with information and service has been atrocious!!
Lets see if i get any assistance now!!
