Credit/ Refund still not resolved after 6 months

I agreed to an upgrade in October 2012. I ordered for the upgrade to be cancelled the very next day, which was confirmed by Vodacom's upgrades partner "Rewards" with reference number S3TK9322C4KH. After receiving delivery of the phone, the couriers (RAM) came to collect the phone to in order for it to be returned within 5 working days. Ever since then, Vodacom has been charging me for the upgrade which was cancelled (for a period of 6 months up until today 13/04/2013). This has has tallied to an amouny of R 1 800 of extra charges for a handset which I do not own or have in my posession. Receipt of the of the returned phone can be confirmed by both Vodacom and RAM couriers. I have all supporting documents and proof. On top of this, Vodacom customer care's attempt to assist me in resolving the matter have resulted in further charges to my account totalling R 3, 021.02 for "Sundry Charges."

The matter remains unresolved today.

After 6 months of waiting and being sent to different departments, i am left helpless in getting my money back.

I will never do any business with Vodacom ever again, and will be sure to recommend that no else does either.
