ALL LIARS, one contradicts the other ALL THE TIME

Cell C strategy - and get you hooked into their contract (THEY DONT HAVE CONNECTIVITY), when you order ONE thing yet GET ANOTHER, when you try and CANCEL, when they say they will cancel, when they SPEAK to you then WRITE SOMETHING ELSE!!!
My 3rd complaint on here Cell c, they reply IF THEY FEEL LIKE IT. SAY one thing BUT DO ANOTHER, I've been sent from pillar to post, LITERALLY TRAPPED as there is NOTHING you can do with these people. DO NOT TRUST THEIR ADVERT - believe JOKE - it's because they want us to BELIEVE they are a mobile provider even when they have NO CONNECTIVITY. I DO NOT TRUST ANY OF THEM, each one of them has TO ME CONSISTENTLY throughout this 'TRY TO CANCEL' PROCESS - THEY JUST NEVER BOTHERED TO FULFILL EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD NOT PROVIDED WHAT I ORDERED, there is NO ACCOUNTABILITY OR OWNERSHIP. Jerry Nzimande called to tell me they would investigate & more than likely FINALLY CANCEL an UPGRADE I CANCELLED BUT HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR OVER PAST 10 MONTHS, HOWEVER email from Derrick Makhubele says IF I WANT OUT, PAY to buy yourself out, ANOTHER 13 months for what I have tried to CANCEL ALL ALONG, EXPLAIN THAT CELL C so that I can BELIEVE YOU!!
