No Feedback-Slow Turnaround Time

I took out a Cell C contact in July 2013 and experienced poor connectivity. After many escalations and a complaint against Cell C on Hello Peter the network finally agreed to terminate my contract with no penalties. I am now desperatly trying to get feedback from Roelande as to when this contract will be terminated so I can take out a new contract with another network. I called 3 times today and she in training. Asked to speak to someone more senior and nobody was available. The call agent who answered without paying attention to all the facts claims I have to pay a penalty for cancelling the contract. I am not asking for a cancellation based on a whim, it is based on not getting the level of connectivity so that I can provide good service to my clients who call me on the cell phone. I work for a big bank and deal with large corporate clients. According to Jeery Nzimande from Cell C who confirmed this morning that they agreed to cancel the contract, Nashua Mobile could take another 2 weeks to resolve this, which is totally unacceptable. I cannot tolerate these delays which is inconveniencing me and could become a reputational risk for the bank I work for.
