Ad bad bad service!!!

Hi there
My phone was around april 2013 and I sent in a report to cell c as requested by them to get a itc number to claim the phone from my insurance company! Guess what my insurabce company is still waiting for this from cell c!! As well as my imei num cell c told me to leave this blank and that they would fill it out as I did not have it!!! I recently spoke to kurt the manager and he ws supposed to get back to me wth these numbers! Gfuess what he never got back to me and now I cnt get hold of him!!! I need these numbers so that I cn finalise a year old claim peop
