Super cheap!! with service to match!!!

On the 2nd August 2013 I drove over my cell phone with a golf cart!! I submitted my claim on the 4th, to my absolute disbelief I was told my cell phones and similar devices were not insured. I had said, Not True!!! but the cell phone would be collected on the 5th and sent in for a report as to the extent of the damage and state or disrepair (I consider an million pieces of iphone4 as substantive evidence!!), that the report would have been done by the Wednesday 10th. I duly argued my cell phone was covered by submitting my proof of an email submitted on the 2nd May with IMEI numbers of 6 devices for insurance cover, this was disputed and argued that they don't have it. a week later, No news... a week later I had to submit proof the cell phone was mine by getting hold of my itemised billing of 3 days prior to the cell phone being broken. I received a call that the claim would be settled but I must back pay the premiums. No problem, back pay keep the peace. I was called around the 20th saying the settlement wold be paid the next day. its the 27th I've still not been paid. no cell phone for 26 days??? super cheap with service to match. cheaper is not better!!
