Worst customer service I've ever experienced

My Blackberry I bought from game Welkom on 7 September 2012, with cell insurance from Hollard and 1 year warranty from Game, screen went white and left pictue on 15 Feb 2013, I went to report the matter and to launch a claim from Hollard, the cell manager Natasha Botha shared with me that the IMEI number on the POP and the IMEI number on the phone differs (A staff member at Game wrote the last few digits incorectly), she said she must call Hollard on Monday 18 Feb and to be followed up with me on the repairs or replacement. On 26 Feb I still had no response from Natasha and went back to the store. I was told by Natasha that the best thing to do due to the non responsive actions from Hollard and Cell C was to send the phone to Cell C in JHB, she also promised me she will have a awnser within 7 days and I will be contacted. Today 9 March I still haven't had any response from her or anyone else, I went back to the store once again and still no reponse from Cell C or Hollard. I feel that customer service is totally neglected at this store, aswell following up with customers. In the mean while I'm stuck without my phone that had a warrantee and insurance and no one seems to make an effort.
