Absolutely the worst experience eve

This is the worst experience ever!!!

I have been battling with the Vodacom 4U in the mall at Carnival for more than a week. The manager Thando Mgwenasi does assist any customer. I am sure she does not know what customer service is when I asked to escalate this problem to the owner Polo Alves I was advised that he does not permit his number to be given to clients. I have not been getting any joy from this company and my frustration level is through the roof. I have never dealt with such unprofessional people in my life.
