Bad Service!!!

2 weeks ago an Autopage Client Retentions agent called me to confirm that my contract was up for renewal. I chose a new handset and was told that the colour I requested would take a few days longer as they would have to order it from Samsung. A few days later the handset was delivered but it had a burnt dent on the back. So I contacted the Retentions agent (Kevin) who assured me that if I take it to the nearest Autopage, he had arranged that they would just swop the back cover for a new one. When I got there they never knew what I was talking about, no one had called ahead. So after explaining my situation the sales lady politely took in my handset and told me that they're not allowed to just swop the back cover. My current fone is a S2, the new fone is an S4 which only uses a micro sim. I had my sim card cut into a micro sim which will only work with the new fone which I still don't have! When I enquired abt the status of my fone I was told by Kevin that Canal walk has no record of me ever handing in the fone! I called CW Autopage who confirmed that they did in fact take in the fone and they're waiting for a credit note from Samsung. In the meantime I still don't have a fone!
