Cancelled/stop account TWICE - Debit orders cont

1st request in July 2012 to cancel/stop account was by walk-in to Cedar Square - Fourways customer service. Completed form, signed and gave 1 month notice to end August 2012.
Debit orders continued every month with consumption (Aug - October) as well.
2nd request was made in January 2013 at same Cedar Square Fourways walk-in centre. (Despite System having my previous request to terminate/cancel account!!)
I, AGAIN, signed a new request letter to terminate, submitted and even got email to confirmation my request was submitted to accounts.
Just got confirmation of Debit order for March 15th. February also was done!

An extra 7 month (4 months without consumption) despite repetitive signed letters to terminate account.
Can NEOTEL STOP the debit orders and REFUND the money??
