Senecio is a non profit company in Somerset West. We have never had a cell phone contract with MTN or any other cell phone company. Since December an amount or R379 has been subtracted from our cheque account, without any authorization from us. On 5 January I reported the problem at MTN Waterstone store. I was told that they can only look into the situation if I submit a police declaration that we do not have a contract with MTN. On 10 January I submitted the affidavit. On 1 February the amount was subtracted from our account once again. The total amount subtracted, plus the R15 banking cost per transaction is R1246.51.
