Having signed a new 24 month contract with NAshua on 28 Oct 2013, the service I have received from Nashua for the internet problem on my phone has been extremely poor. It seems like once you have signed the contract they do not care about customer service. This is the 2nd time now in less than 5 weeks that my brand new phone has been unable to connect to the internet. The first time it took them 3 weeks to reconnect me to the network. Now it seems like it going to take the same period of time if not more to fix the problem. Their call centre keeps telling me the problem is being resolved yet nothing is happening. I do not receive any updates from them on the status of this problem. The service is truly one of the worst I have received from any company I have interacted with. If only I could cancell this contract.
