I refer to my report of 13 December 2013 and to the subsequent reply from Telkom with an escalation reference no. on the 18th December 2013.
Now a month later and as yet have received no communication from Telkom with regards to the matter.
I have sent an email to the address in the reply - [Email Removed] - but have had absolutely no feed back
