I WANT A REFUND INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT

Abdul, You sent me an sms stating that I will be credited with data charges on invoice 3/12/2013 and 3/1/2014 net credit R12886.93 incl vat as if I had a data bundle for extra data used. This is not good enough, I want answers as to who used this data, which websites, etc etc. I need to see the proof because Kashifa Greeff sent a 5GB data bundle to 0799566591 and she needs permission from me the account holder to do so, also how many times has she done this. Last year July my account was R5631.06 on 0825702043 I want this also checked and proof sent to me what websites were used. I want my money refunded back to me of R12886.93 incl VAT as you stated and not a credit because I did not budget for such a high amount and I need this money back, its ridiculous that one person can use in one day only 586, 751, 780 2/11/2013 and 210 connections and then 1/11/2013 462, 907, 136 156 connections not to mention every day thereafter. I want my money back URGENTLY PLEASE... CALL ME PLEASE - 5GB CAN BE USED FOR A BUSINESS NOT AN INDIVIDUAL. PLEASE PAY THE MONEY BACK INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT AS I NEED THIS MONEY.URGENTLY
