No stock of samsung gear only in mtn

I did an upgrade in feb this year had problems with phone on two occasion sent it back as instructed by mtn.had a callback from a consultant telling me the black berry 9900 is not more available so i chose the samsang note 3 with the gear and agreed to pay more on my contract, had to wait a while for the stock to arrive as it was a new phone 2 months later i was informed they cannot give me the gear because all of a sudden they dont do that contract and still have no stock and i was force to take the note with no gear. It is absolutely dissapointing to mtn my service provider for more than a decade dont have stock of the gear but all other stores including altech auto page have stock. Mtn was supposed to be the best but it seems they just dont care any more about service or are they too big to worry about the little people. This contract will be my last ever with MTN.
