C-ADVANCE BILLED INCORRECTLY

I used the C-advance option n borrowed R5 airtime from them n neva got the airtime, but to my surprise when I recharched they billed me for something I didn't get and they even charged me the R1 extra for a service fee. Tried calling the call centre several times and each time the consultants tell me different stories. Till not it hasn't been resolved. Never thought I'd get this bad service from them.
