Vodacom declined my application for addition line (for an Internet Wi-Fi router) with reason that "previous VSPC account was not handled in a satisfactory manner". I have had one existing account with them since 1999 and never had any other additional account. I have called the customer care number and was transferred to account department with no help at all from both department. i resorted to sending emails and the respond was that the customer acquisition department will contact me and of which is now a week with no contact. I have send several follow up email and no one seems to be taking the accountability to handle my simple complain.
