Called the customer care line on Monday at midday. An account was opened in my name and I wanted an update. I was told that the account has in fact been closed, and was transferred to another department. I was then told to ask the customer care for a confimation and that the account would be closed. I WAS TRANSFERRED ATLEAST TEN TIME BETWEEN DEPARTMENTS as every department believed another department would be able to help me. This is really pathetic service from your customer care department. Needless to say I still don't know who to request a confirmation from.
