I've never had worse customer service in my life!

I struggled to get my upgrade cancelled (which took some persuasive references to the CPA) I now have to dock up more cash to replace a simcard because Vodacom can't migrate my number to my old simcard. How is this my problem??

My account was debited TWICE with amounts I was not suppose to pay. I've phoned customer care, the upgrades department and the accounts department, just to be disappointed and the end of the call. (Passing the buck)

Yesterday I had 5 (FIVE!!) dropped calls.

I phoned their sales department to enquire about a deal advertised, the salesperson could not confirm this deal and never got back to me.

Nobody has replied on my query about additional charges to my account I lodged a week ago.

I cant think of ANY reason to stay with Vodacom after my contract has expired. Other networks give better and cheaper deals and I'm sure the customer service can't be any worse, because this is as bad as it gets.

Its a pity that after being a loyal customer for more than 10 YEARS it has come to this. I'm very disappointed and disgusted, to say the least, at the level of service I have received.
