Pay for service i dont use. and never get back me

Got a vodacom contract. have a samsung but paying for a blckberry service and refusing to refund 11 months. also bought 1 gig of data but they charged me over R1400.00. they have never gotten back to me. gave me a sms to check the status of the query which dose not work.
